Making a Positive Impact Beyond the Fun

At Kids Easter Fun Day 2026, we were proud to partner with the Give Back Programme in Barbados to support youth development and community involvement.

A total of 32 dedicated volunteers joined us through this initiative, contributing their time, energy, and enthusiasm to help bring the event to life.

The Give Back Programme is designed to help students, from institutions such as University of the West Indies - Cavehill Campus, Barbados Community College, and Erdiston Teachers’ Training College, develop essential life skills while giving back to their country. Through volunteer service, students build responsibility, teamwork, and real-world experience—all while supporting national development.

We are honoured to play a role in this initiative by providing a space where young people can contribute meaningfully while being part of something joyful and impactful.

Volunteer Impact

Our volunteers gained valuable hands-on experience while supporting the Kids Easter Fun Day, developing key soft skills that extend beyond the event. They strengthened their communication by engaging with children, parents, and team members, and enhanced their teamwork by working together to deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience.

They also built problem-solving and adaptability, learning to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating leadership and initiative by guiding activities and stepping in where needed. In addition, volunteers developed time management, responsibility, and customer service skills, helping create a safe, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere for families.

Overall, the experience boosted their confidence, professionalism, and sense of community involvement, preparing them for future opportunities.
